New Merchant First-Run Simulator
Simulates One ID registration/upgrade handing a new merchant to BINDING24. The merchant starts as DRAFT with no modules or branch, so the AI-assisted wizard must guide the setup.
Creates a temporary UAT merchant and immediately loads its first merchant context.
Complete 34-Surface Drill
Runs an isolated UAT merchant through every setup surface. LIVE capabilities require evidence; CONTRACT capabilities require explicit configuration + simulation evidence and never masquerade as production-ready.
Does not touch production or Ahmad Jagger merchant state.
